This Study Guide is written for travellers visiting the sites of the seven churches of the book of Revelation. It also provides a commentary for anyone wanting to understand the background and relevance for today of the letters from the risen Christ located near the beginning of the last book of the Bible.
The text was ‘road tested’ with a group of pilgrims who provided comments and suggestions now incorporated in the book, along with a CD rom inside the back cover containing magnificent images of the sites, and power point presentations for anyone wishing ready-made material to use.
The authors, Clifford and Monica Hill, have a long track record of ministry and writing in areas ranging through biblical study, social research, church growth and family life. They are based at Moggehanger Park in Bedfordshire, home of the Thornton family, first cousins of William Wilberforce, and share the vision of the Clapham Sect for the transformation of society by the Christian gospel.
